How I became a Cuckoo Clock Maker?
Coming from a family of craftsmen and a childhood spent with craftsmen, I realized that I won’t be able to be happy working at an office and I resigned from my job, purchased only one machine and started making decorative objects in our attic.
I bought the machinery, tools, equipment I needed little by little over time and each new thing I owned brought me one step closer to the life I wanted to have.
Years passed with so many designs and different objects which I enjoyed making. But I always had a passion for cuckoo clocks since my childhood and remaking them with modern designs was always in my mind.
After I moved from the attic to a bigger studio in 2020, I started making the cuckoo clocks and they immediately got the attention from my customers which allowed me to specify at making them and grow my business.
In 2022 my wife Suzi who is a designer started working full time at the studio and then our dog Zek became the latest addition to our team and now this has become our family business which we enjoy designing and producing all together.
